anyone with a gastric sleeve please help I had my sleeve 4 months ago and i’m struggling to stay under 1200 i keep overeating and if I don’t count calories I could honestly reach 1.4k i’m worried I will regain my weight i make sure to get at least 60g protein HELP! #gastricsleeve
