@JohnSumser I believe part of the problem is lack of understanding and communication of how the AI tools are designed by technical team and HR teams who actually use these tools once they are created. Proper training and implementation is the key.

This is true to an extent especially automation of every function in HR is probably the root cause, the HR companies still need to hire well trained recruiters who can respond to job seekers in real time.
