@ally_sheehan And oh also also also, be super careful, I’ve copped a couple of kidney infections because I haven’t wanted to take antibiotics for the UTI. Hence the keep flushingggg with water. Any sign of sore lower back, head to the ER.

@ally_sheehan Also also, cranberry juice is good for preventing it not necessarily helping while you have it. If you get them regularly I’d suggest taking a cranberry supplement tablet. There’s also a bunch of Chinese herbs and medicines that help prevent and help while you have it x

@ally_sheehan Ugh ouch, drink sooooo much water. A lot a lot. A few litres a lot. Pee as much as you can as frequently as you can. Helps flush it out rather than bacteria multiplying. And for the pain Ural or pain killers also work. 💜
