I thought that purchasing furniture from Pottery Barn would ensure a good experience. The estimated shipping times changed and now they don’t want to ship part of the order due to their own manufacturing delays. Customer service says if I hear nothing I can’t get my couches????

@amazon Amazon textbook rentals are a ripoff. I returned a textbook and now they are charging me $116 for the book I returned. They say that the envelope was empty. Why would I take the time to go to a ups store to drop off an empty envelope! No customer service at Amazon!!!!

@tammyduckworth Thank you! I hope that Congress puts rules in place so we will not have another Trump. I don’t know what options are available, but one idea is to deny a President secret service protection when they leave office if they have undermined democracy or they should pay to be protect

@ABC7Chicago Testing at Illinois state locations takes 4-7 days for results. It’s no way to control a pandemic! Illinois is doomed!

@Stand4TruthOnly @eugenegu A vaccine doesn’t matter when testing takes 4-7 days to get results at state testing sites. Until we have the information more rapidly Illinois is doomed!
