The single most important aspect of ANY throwing program?
Listen To YOUR Arm.
Only YOUR arm knows HOW MUCH, HOW FAR and with what INTENT to throw with on any given day.
Your arm is attached to YOUR shoulder for a reason - not anyone else’s.
LISTEN TO IT.

Every day you go out to Throw should be an Act of DISCOVERY.
Go out with a BLANK slate.
Let your arm DICTATE what it wants each day re Time, Distance, Volume, Intent...rather than a "Program".
Programs are PRE-DETERMINED.
Your arm is NOT a program...it's a FEEL.
Listen 2 it.
If you want your arm to get Stronger through a long season, BE SURE to pay attention to your RECOVERY.
How you RECOVER plays a crucial role in your arm getting fueled from start to start, or game to game, rather than depleted.

Notes 📝
- Prioritize Pitcher’s 7 Day Cycle
- Start last game of the week
- Avoid having Pitcher make “high intent” throws if they aren’t properly reconditioned
- DH until Arm is PREPARED 4 high intent throws!
