„What I love about the elves is that there are these amazing love stories in Tolkien’s work, but also so many stories that are full of love but not romantic. They’re full of deep connection and relevance, and maybe it would’ve been one of those.“ Morfydd Clark
Scars are not always visible. Some are etched into the soul, hidden beneath layers of silence and strength. Adar’s scars, though carved into his face, are so much more than what meets the eye

At this point I‘m unsure if I will continue to post my art here. I may become less active, although for now I‘m not yet deleting this account.
Find me over on 🦋, if you haven’t already. The Tolkien and artist community there is growing rapidly ☺️
The sword is ready 🗡️
The main material I used is card board covered foam, painted with acrylics.

It’s in better hands here, in my Adar corner 💔
The design of the original sword is by @WetaWorkshop of course.

("Uruk," he rasps in my ear.
"Yes, Lord Father, but that wouldn't... um... it's a joke, yeah?")
"You have the beauty of your foremother, Melian of the Valar..."
So Adar knew Melian, a wise Maia, gifted in song and fond of the shadowy forests of Middle Earth. Where could they have met? 🧵/1
