@PlayStation has undoubtedly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’d have more respect for them if they just put “We don’t give an F about you or your problems” on their page and called it a day. At least it would be honest.
@PlayStation spent 3 hours on chats with your agents dealing with an unauthorized charge and they just drop a policy saying it’s not refundable with no further explanation and disconnect. This happened with three different agents. What a horrible CX . Literally stealing $
@dan_back If my kid traded for the card, I would make him give it back (and have in a very similar situation). If he traded the good card, I would tell him he should’ve done his research and that’s the cost of not doing so.
@RyanGarciaESM You could also ask which one did they develop properly and bring up at the right time? Other than Judge, they haven’t developed an above average position player since what Cano?
