How can you be the claimant in a suit where the defendant did not enter appearance yet fail to establish your claims? The law of evidence is trite on the burden of proof, you can’t want the court to do something for you; yet fail to place necessary evidence before it.

Some witnesses will just ruin your efforts, the defense counsel just asked the prosecution witness the name of the offense for which he is in court to testify and dude does not know, what does he want the court to do with his evidence now?
