@MrsButters No. I was shocked when I heard the news. And sad. For Biden, and for us as a nation. He’s accomplished so much for all of us, and I wasn’t ready to give up on him. But as the day wore on, I have to admit to a rising sense of excitement in a possible Harris presidency.

@PlannedTheRide I used to be an election official in VA, and in my precinct, we gave each first time voter a standing ovation. My favorite first time voter was a newly naturalized citizen, a mom and grandmom, voting for the first time in her life. It was wonderful to see how excited she was!
