Some days remind you why you started something in the first place. For me, it's been about helping people find their voice in a language that isn't their own — especially when the stakes are as high as they are in law.
Years in, still grateful for this work. 🙏

$IBRX : The FDA asked for changes to the advertising. The market treated it like a shutdown. That’s a disconnect.
$113M in revenue isn’t undone by media missteps. A presence in 34 countries doesn’t hinge on one campaign. An 84% response rate doesn’t change because of who delivered a message.
The therapy hasn’t changed. The business hasn’t disappeared. Only the ads were pulled.
Volume on Friday came in at 5.67M versus a 32M average. When activity dries up like that near the lows, it often signals that the weak hands are already out. What remains is the base being formed.
A move from $2 to $12 was always going to trigger a reset. That’s how momentum works. Strong runs lead to sharp pullbacks, and those pullbacks set the stage for the next move higher.
This year has followed a rhythm, and the timing keeps lining up. Another setup is forming.
Patience here isn’t doing nothing. It’s staying positioned while the next move builds.

Amazing, a former FDA associate commissioner @peterpitts affirmed that the mechanism of action in the approved label confirms the science of Anktiva, by the FDA itself.
@DrJBhattacharya agrees with Dr. Pitts and highlights the new path just released by @DrMakaryFDA of the “Plausible Mechanism of Action” to expedite and accelerate access to the American public.
Two senior thoughtful members of the panel, a former FDA senior official and the present NIH/CDC director now affirm that the plausible mechanism of action is the path to rapid access. This is what we have been presenting to the FDA for the past 6 months to desperately allow the 13,000+ requests from Americans to access Anktiva via this pathway. A groundswell of patients desperate for this to happen is growing and I am pleased that @ChrisCuomo promised that this conversation will continue… as it must.
