THIRTY YEARS AGO. This ministry left a mark on my heart and my mind. Growing up as an evangelical who sincerely accepted Jesus at 8 years old, I never realized the degree of insensitivity I had to others whose lives had been badly scarred by child abuse and AIDs. Learning to love these patients and allowing them to love me changed my life. There's always something you can do for others. Find it. It will change your life.

Elon, my wife’s account was permanently banned for reasons unknown. The last thing she posted prior to being banned from posting or liking was that “People from both sides of the political spectrum were doing evil things”. The appeal button provides an unknown email for her which means she will never get a response to her plea for reinstatement. She’s in a catch 22. I greatly admire you’re giving the American people at least one platform where we could communicate freely at your own financial loss. During the last administration it was our only hope as a society that we had to air the truth. The chances that you will read this are slim to none, but my hope is that some algorithm will catch this request for help and provide assistance to my wife. We are both Pastors and wouldn’t post anything insulting or hurtful. We do however, speak the truth. Please help us reinstate her X account. Blessings. Mario G.

Plea to the Press
What happened could have been far worse. If this had been a coordinated attack involving multiple individuals strapped with explosives, the outcome might have been catastrophic. Hundreds of lives could have been lost. We should all be mindful of that reality.

While the press can’t control every extreme voice in the public sphere, you can hold elected officials accountable for the tone and substance of their rhetoric. Language matters. When political discourse becomes saturated with hostility and villainizing, dehumanizing labels, it risks escalating tensions in ways that can have real-world, deadly consequences.

Criticism of leaders is essential in a democracy—I engage in it myself. But it should be grounded in facts and delivered with a basic level of civility. Repeated use of highly charged terms like “dictator,” “tyrant,” “nazi”, or “fascist” when referring to our President may inflame emotions rather than encourage thoughtful debate, and in some cases, contribute to an environment where unstable individuals feel justified, or perhaps even morally duty bound, to act out with deadly consequences.

This has to stop. It’s time for the Press to do its job for everyone’s safety.

Alan Dershowitz
I've followed Alan since I was a kid. He is a legal icon and professor emeritus for Harvard Law School, that I have both followed and respected my entire life. He has truly been a consistent advocate for the rule of law and for both individual and civil rights.
He has also been, up until now, a proud Democrat.
Below is a blog he posted on April 22, 2026 concerning his decision to not only drop the Democrat party (He did this some time ago, after the crazies had made his name anathema for defending President Trump during his impeachment trial in the U.S. Senate in January 2020), but to actually now join the Republican party.
As a Christian conservative, I disagree with many of Alan’s social and political positions. Even so, I believe I can play a constructive role in pushing the Republican Party toward a more nuanced, realistic, and responsible approach—particularly on immigration, where increasingly draconian enforcement practices risk eroding what has otherwise been unprecedented support among Latino voters.
Many of these voters would likely never have considered the Republican Party were it not for the Democratic Party’s embrace—and active promotion—of social, economic, and ideological positions influenced by socialist or communist frameworks, as well as concessions to radical Islamist viewpoints. In my view, these directions carry deeply self-destructive (suicidal) implications for the long-term stability of our democratic republic.
For now, I remain an Independent. But like Alan, I find myself closer to a breaking point for many of the same reasons that ultimately led him to step away.
Here's what Alan Dershowitz wrote:
"I’m a consistently boring person.
Since my high school years, my politics, my principles, ideology and values have been the same.
I’m a traditional liberal, civil libertarian, and civil rights advocate. I support equality, meritocracy, freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, and intellectual diversity.
I have not changed.
But the world around me has changed dramatically, requiring me to switch from being a Democrat critical of the Democrats to becoming a Republican.
Even as recently as 10 years ago I couldn’t have imagine myself uttering the words “I am a Republican.”
But recent events have pushed me away from the Democratic party and toward what I regard as the lesser of two evils – the deeply flawed but far better Republican Party
I still support much of the Democratic platform, especially with regard to domestic and social issues, such as abortion, immigration, separation of church from state and fair taxation.
But I cannot abide the dramatic shift of the Democratic leadership and much of its base away from its support for Israel and other critical foreign policy issues.
So if I could put an asterisk next to my registration form for the Republican party, it would say “foreign policy Republican.”
But registration forms require selection of one party over the other.
After I announced I was leaving the Democratic Party in 2024, for a short time, I became an independent.
But I soon realized that it was something of a cop out.
Moreover as an independent I had no influence over either party.
As a registered Republican and contributing to its candidates, I hope to be able to exercise some influence over some of its policies with which I disagree.
This is a question of priorities – for me and for our country.
The Democratic party has become the most anti-Israel party in modern history.
It openly embraces antisemitism.
And this comes at a time when Jews are the most discriminated against and attacked group around the world.
Accordingly, anyone who regards themselves as a liberal, civil libertarian and civil rights advocate must prioritize opposition to anti-Zionism and anti-Semitism.
You cannot join the crowds shouting anti-Israel and anti-Semitic slogans -- nor can you stand by in silence as these thugs gain more power within the Democratic Party.
Good people must prioritize support for Jews and their nation-state at this time.
That is why I have decided to register as a Republican, ending my long association with the Democratic party and no longer describing myself as an independent.
At this time of increasing attacks on one group and one nation, staying “independent” is not an option for me.
I will lose even more friends than I did for defending President Trump’s constitutional rights.
Already I am getting emails, texts and calls from people urging me to reconsider my affiliation with a party that advocates many positions with which I disagree.
But I have made a choice – a difficult but necessary one.
Until the Democrat’s gain their sanity, I will do everything in my power to try to prevent the current Democratic party from taking control of the House, the Senate and the Presidency.
And I will choose to join the Republican Party because today it stands strong on some of the gravest issues facing America and the world."

Read Ezekiel 39 & 40, bearing in mind the following possibilities:

Popular evangelical prophecy interpretation:
Rosh = Russia
Meshech = Moscow / Russia
Tubal = Tobolsk / Russia
Gog = leader of a Russian-led coalition

Mainstream historical scholarship:
Gog = symbolic ruler
Rosh = “chief”
Meshech = Turkey
Tubal = Turkey
Magog = peoples north of Israel, possibly around the Black Sea or southern *Russia

[*The modern “Russia” interpretation became especially popular in the 19th and 20th centuries, but many contemporary scholars consider the Anatolian/Turkish identifications more historically grounded.]

Really brings up possibilities associated with what we are seeing with the war in Iran, and how it's affecting neighboring middle eastern countries today.

No other president other than Trump would have made the decision to attack Iran alongside Israel. No one. The decision appears to have been based on more than just preemptive military logic. It appears to have been more deeply spiritual, associated with the protection of Israel.

That said, according to God's word, specifically, Ezekiel, 39:28-29, God said that He would pour out His "Spirit" upon them (Israel) following these events - Verse 29, " 'And I will not hide My face from them anymore; for I shall have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel' says the Lord God." This of course echoes the promise given to the Church at large, in Acts 2:17, following the Prophet Joel's prophesy in Joel 2:28-32. Time to listen to the voice of God.

We must continue to pray and be vigilant. Spiritual mediocrity just won't cut it now.
