CPS demands a psych evaluation of parents to determine reunification services. The tool used is DSM (Diagnostic & Statistical Manual) & extremely arbitrary, anyone can have a "disorder" under the DSM. Many psychological evaluations are not legal & based off flawed non-science.
ASFA =adoption program to take babies for money. It's baby human trafficking .To adoptive parents, this is an advantage. But for low-income parents under CPS dictatorship, it's a 90% chance you'll lose your infant-NO matter what you do. #stoplegalkidnapping
Just tried clicking on several different articles relating to CPS corruption, ALL had been removed except one. The one remaining was "picking the right curtain rods for your new property." Honest mistake? I think NOT! What's really going on?! #stoplegalkidnapping@Oprah@DrPhil
If CPS comes, do NOT let them in without a warrant. They are NOT law enforcement officers & there's NO law that you must let them in. Tell them to get a warrant signed by a judge showing reasonable proof of abuse &/or neglect. For most judges,an anonymous tip doesn’t cut it.
Most families make "too much money" for a court-appointed attorney & have no way to hire one. Technically you are better off in the“poor”group. Most private attorneys want $5,000 to $10,000 up front just to start. Many cases end up in $50,000 range with CPS hearings every 90 days
While CPS tends to target the poor and uneducated, do not assume for one second that if you’re in the middle-class income range that this can’t happen to you because it happens all the time. That’s where all the “marketable” children are coming from.#stoplegalkidnapping
@LegalKidnapping But it's all for money. This paper explains why Federal money biases CPS to remove kids from parents and have them adopted.https://t.co/9yQz3VAkKF. Aided by corrupt family court&lawyers. CA lawyers legalized malpractice; cheat&betray clients with impunity. https://t.co/wVAUKEJ1H7
@LegalKidnapping These CPS social workers argued all the way to the US Supreme court that they have the right to lie including to judges to take kids. The US Supreme court did not agree.
