@ClaytonsJustice @TheTiltedLawyer @HotBenchTV Idk the rational seams pretty reasonable to me. Even if he can’t collect it’s another piece of official paper that proves Laura’s bad faith. There are benefits to getting an award of attorneys fees outside of just the money. It is a win in court that shows she acted in bad faith.

@DavidSGingras David, Laura pled guilty and took the plea deal today. She’s now facing being a felon, possible jail and probation. And none of that would have happened if she had just taken the out that woodnick gave her during the paternity case. How can you say you gave her good counsel?
