At the huge Restore Nature Now march @RNNMarch with the @Right_2Roam crew
We’re calling for a right of responsible access to England’s countryside so that everyone can reconnect to nature and give service to the wild #RestoreNatureNow
The biggest, most existential issue facing our species is being totally ignored in the election debate. Today’s march to #RestoreNatureNow will be a celebration of nature but also an expression of our grief & anger - the lack of leadership is unforgivable https://t.co/56CEQuQebk
With the 100,000-strong Restore Nature Now march today, the nature movement in the UK took a big step forward. Not only did the large NGOs mobilise; there were also thousands of people who love their local wildlife but who’d never attended a demo before.
The green giant stirs.
Our rivers are choking on pollution, we’re losing our precious woodlands, our seas are overfished & our peat bogs are being burned. Pledge to march with me on June 22nd in London. https://t.co/WprZc8ResG #RestoreNatureNow
Our latest blog post looks at the Rights of Nature movement in England, recent history to current campaigns, national and local.

Deeply saddened and thinking fondly of @BevisKathryn who sadly passed away this morning. Such a loss. Her legacy for warmth, kindness and astoundingly good poems, like this beauty, from our most recent issue, lives on.
Kathryn, you are so admired and greatly loved by so many.
I am over the moon to be included in @LitWorks cohort of emerging writers for its 2024/2025 talent and skills development program. Thank you so so much, I'm honored and loving getting to know the other writers. #writer#rural#work#talent#improvement#westcountry
Delighted to say I've been granted a debate in Parliament on biodiversity loss next Wednesday. I'll be opening up the debate - and needless to say, I've got an awful lot I want to say. Some captured in this article, based on my new book Another England https://t.co/KlgnFE1zU6

What a work of art! I cannot thank everyone enough who contributed to the @BmthWritingFest Bournemouth Community Landscape Poem at The Avenue on Saturday with @WinPoetryFest and MASSES of wonderful people who put pen to paper to produce this.
This week we’ve got a treat at FOLDE HQ… a blossom poetry vending machine! Pop in for a free turn and a poem (or a tiny print if you’re lucky!). It’s a creative initiative that’s on tour from @NTKingstonLacy and we think it’s brilliant! #naturepoem#blossom#bookshop
