Leni MUST run in 2025. I do not agree with Naga Mayor. I would support a CamSur Governor bid to a certain degree, but a SENATORIAL bid is the one to be. Leni is not Mar Roxas. She won't lose the way Roxas did in 2019. She has widespread appeal, and her name recognition speaks.

However, without Robredo in the picture (say if she runs for CamSur Governor or Naga City Mayor), it's likely that voter enthusiasm will dwindle.
