It depends on the oven. The idea behind an air fryer is that its circulates constant air to simulate the cooking behavior of oil. If you have a convection oven, which does this, then yes there isnt much point to an air fryer. If you dont have a convection oven, and dont want to upgrade to a convection oven, then a smaller air fryer is justifiable.

Once starship is up and running regardless, the leo construction industry will come to life hopefully and we'll build larger nuclear powered "motherships" or "taxi ships" that can have multiple starships docked to them at a time. Maybe even have a centrifugal ring for long term habitation. Again... Hopefully... but I think starship should ultimately be relegated to a heavy general purpose ascent / descent vehicle.
