@rstewart14_tcg @TCGdistrict I even bought an additional order for the new set to maybe just offer to do that in place of the other preorder, but that was also just cancelled without notification of why. Love the store and will still order in the future, but agree on the customer support note. (2 of 2)

I understand that with PayPal after a certain period of time the refund fails and has to be manually pushed again, but even after months of requesting that I have gotten nowhere and (1 of 2)
