Here are some issues that will be fixed after downtime tonight:

-Storm Circles always closing around the center of the map
-Storm damage being incorrect/storm sickness being disabled
-Certain areas of the map feeling empty will be given some new buildings to improve the areas

We're aware of an issue with storm damage only doing 1 damage per second on every storm phase.

We'll be fixing the damage numbers accordingly ASAP and will notify you once its fixed!
