Did you know that we have a new hub?! It's a great group in Maidstone, we hope to have an official launch in the near future.

🤸Flying through the week!

Our Sittingbourne Legends decided it was time to check out the new venue in town! They spent morning being Ninja warriors at Chatham Dockside! 😃
What a great thing for their physical and mental health!

🎳Bowling into the week!
Yes or Margate Legends kick started their half term activities with a trip to the bowling Alley!
It was great to see the young people gain confidence in an activity, and build their social skills. 👥

Keep active!
Keeping productive can really help us take our mind off of things that we are struggling with or worrying about, why not try out one of these activities to help keep your mind on the positive and not on the negative!
