The main reason is the expiration of the lock-up / hold period. A larger private placement closed on April 15, 2026, where 71.875 million Subscription Receipts were issued at a price of CAD 0.16 (gross proceeds of ~CAD 11.5 million). The statutory 4-month lock-up expires on August 16 (Sunday), so participating investors and insiders can freely sell the shares and warrants on the market from the beginning of next week.

We are close enough to not needing to texture at all, I think Tencent will be able to generate completely acceptable color within a year, it is already very brutal in model rendering. I am curious what the path will be, but I think a render generated from all sides from a correct concept will be replaced by a simple AI video character spun in 360 from which the full pattern is removed.
