@Belshagy @Sulay_Mann Wanting to ask this Question. After 1960, there was Parliamentary rule b4 the PM was assassinated with others. There was military rule, but 1979 in 2nd Repub. (Shehu Shagari) why didn’t we cont wit Parliamentary but rather moved to Democratic rule? Why & Who made d decision?
