The Lehigh Portland Trails are being built on the site of a former cement plant & quarry in Iola, Kansas. Features both gravel- & natural-surface trails.
Two of our three stickers! Both of these are nods to our Iola's LeHigh Portland Trails. Our "Our Square is BIGGER than Yours" sticker is available to purchase here at the museum along with these two.
Please remember that singletrack trails are closed to traffic (biking, walking, running) when wet. Usage can damage dirt trails and lead to greater erosion or muddy spots.

Have you noticed the Wild Columbine at Lehigh Portland Trails? It likes moist soils on limestone bluffs and outcroppings, and can be found along the Creekside Trail and on the Cave Trails. So delicate and pretty!
A reminder that it's best to stay ON the trails ... if you wander off through the woods or grass, you're likely to encounter some of this: Poison Ivy! #lehighportlandtrails
