Quite a lot of PLHIVs has sadly become irresponsible when it comes to their ARVs. They go out to work, parties, trips, vacations, whatever; yet they do not prioritize their ARVs. It becomes habitual and that behavior towards treatment is unforgivable and should not be tolerated.
