- Secured significant pay increases for members at 4 schools in the LSF
- Secured an improved pay offer at Ratcliffe College through the solidarity of members...

- Achieved a successful ballot at a further school in an attempt to halt restructuring of TLR responsibilities
- Secured an agreement with three MATs to provide facilities time to complete casework.
