@Melissa66032046 @feltnerm @smwc That is a great correlation and also way to hold students accountable. I have never thought of it that way. SMWCED115 @smwc
@LindaCo72934906@smwc I have looked at the framework and struggle with understanding it. The terms and overlap and implementation were really hard for me to put to into practice or come up with a classroom example. Do you have an example of how you used it? SMWCED115 @smwc
@cooter883 @feltnerm @smwc Oh yes, that is the constant struggle here. I have a tendency to make things more complicated than what they are too. #SMWCED115
@Jacquel071176 @feltnerm @smwc I agree. I struggle with technology too. What apps or technology integration tools do you like or find useful? I like to have a few “go to” apps or sites. #SMWCED115
@cooter883 @feltnerm @smwc I like the idea of examples. What one teacher may deem inappropriate or a violation another teacher may think that it is ok. Great idea!#SMWCED115
@StephenieWeaver @feltnerm @smwc The first two methods are really just swapping and the last two move you to really integrate technology. I really like it because it makes sense in my very small, technologically challenged brain. It doesn't have to be big changes either which I really like.#SMWCED115@smwc
@AtalieKlumpp @feltnerm @smwc Yes, it is that struggle to give them the freedom but also know that some aren't able to make good choices when given that freedom. I don't want my teaching job to be constant policing but at the same time, we have to hold our students accountable.#SMWCED115
@BabyBirdMeg33@ProvinesTabatha @feltnerm @IXLLearning@smwc Yep, I think you will love it when it works. We struggle sometimes with it. Our students actually use it to record their lunch count and we watch Scholastic News on it. #SMWCED115
@cooter883 @feltnerm @smwc Yes, that is what I was thinking too or even a group chat with teachers and meet every other month. I know how busy the schedules get and how time flies.
@BabyBirdMeg33 @feltnerm @smwc I have the same concern. I worry that a tool may be too easy or not have teaching outcome that I had hoped for when planning it into the curriculum. #SMWCED115@smwc
@Amanda51201528 @feltnerm @smwc I just laughed out loud because we have a "fingers crossed" approach in our school too. It goes in and out daily and it is often hard to plan if you are going to use the internet. #SMWCED115@smwc
@feltnerm @smwc A8 Yes, I too have to go with Pinterest. I was going to say TeachersPayTeachers because the resources, unit enhancements, lesson plan ideas and learning tools are amazing but they cost and you can't fully see what you have until you purchase. Pinterest is free. #SMWCED115@smwc
@StephenieWeaver @feltnerm @smwc I was going to say the same thing. There are so many great tools, collaboration opportunities, resources and integration opportunities. Great choice!#SMWCED115@smwc
@AshleyDowns @feltnerm @smwc Google Classroom is a game changer when it comes to organization, being time efficient and communicating with students and their parents. Great choice! #SMWCED115@smwc
@StephenieWeaver @feltnerm @smwc This site sounds awesome for technological enhancement. Would you use it for more middle/high school or would it be a great tool for elementary? #SMWCED115@smwc
