Clearly the New York Jets are the class of the AFC East

I'll give Brady Cook some points for effort. He probably had no first-team reps in practice and got thrown into his first NFL game with a 21-0 deficit. Took some big hits, hung in there. Tough spot for an UDFA. #Jets
John Metchie been looking like he can really be something for us. He's 25 yrs old
AD Mitchell showing some real promise on that big catch. AG has said he looks like a true X receiver. He's 23 yrs old
The #Jets finally having young talented WRs not named Garrett Wilson 🥹
Pre-recording thoughts
1 - Aware it will remain an ongoing debate but I'm not bringing myself to be mad at the team for winning after a bye week (which they never do), winning twice in a row and winning in week 10 of year 1 for a HC/GM who will clearly now be here at least the next few years.
2 - Fields was absolutely terrible today and the #Jets were still able to win, despite that. They won with less than 50 net passing yards because they were competent or good everywhere else. We all know they need to fix QB and they are now loaded up with enough ammo to do that.
3 - For #Jets staff - You got a career day from your young edge rusher (4 WMD sacks). You got a good game from JJ. Whatever buttons you hit with Quincy this week, worked as he played his best game of the season. You were right about sticking with Isaiah Williams, when it looked crazy on the surface and you now consistently have great special teams units every week. You also got a great, physical Breece game...the type of game that makes you want to keep him around for a young QB. And last but certainly not least, it was another good day for the young offensive line, who contained Garrett, won the LOS in the second half and sprung the screen for a TD.
I hate trading good players for picks.
Always have.
Draft picks are lottery scratch-offs. Fun to hold in your hand, but most of them don’t win you anything.
Especially if you always whiff on the biggest ones.
I don't care about draft picks or tanking or any of that, sometimes you just want to see your team win a game.
That was nice, especially with the Mangold news today.
Mark Sanchez arrested and stabbed, president of the team accused of sexual assault by a former employee topped off with getting the fucking doors blown off against the Cowboys.
Ladies and gentlemen, your New York Jets.
