@Lkay_398@KCTellem_@Stew_Wills @ronaldobrown_98 But the chance of every signing being perfect is slim. Look at how many players Arsenal have bought since Arteta, for every Rice or Gabriel there’s a Fabio Viera and a Tomayasu. We also don’t have the finances to go out to go and sign 6/7 first team starter quality players.
@Lkay_398@KCTellem_@Stew_Wills @ronaldobrown_98 6-7 isn’t enough. The next time we win the league whenever that is, it’s probably an entirely new back 4 form this one, DeLigt/Martinsz both great but age and injuries aren’t in there side. Question marks at RB and LB. 1 if not 2 of 3 start mids, Bruno 32 early next year.
@Stew_Wills @ronaldobrown_98 You don’t have to win titles with Carrick though. This squad is miles away from that, there’s no rules that says you can’t have a steady pair of hands to rebuild a squad over 2/3 seasons and then hire one of the “elite” managers like an Enrique when we do have a squad capable.
@Ankaman616 Seeing everyone blaming Yoro (and rightly so) but nobody mentioning Casemiro wandering off into no man’s land. If he just stayed on his post it lands right at his feet.
@vzmercogliano Could the Rangers not have extended him at that price? I get rebuilding etc but the assets we’ve got in return weren’t even worth it. Even a rebuilding team needs somebody in it worth watching.
@610Barstool I think it’s fury at the overall situation rather than the Panarin situation in a vacuum. Drury turned Panarin, Kreider, Trouba, Chytil (which is most of the core), Mancini and a 1st into JT Miller, Urho Vaakanainen, Liam Greentree, and Carey Terrance.
@MrStephenHowson Wasn’t really a slap or a grab, bit of both . Yellow card is about right, but Casemiro would 100% have been sent off for it had he done it to Semenyo
