@virginmedia@chickeec Your reply is pretty limp. There IS a major issue affecting VM TV and VM support services Inc the MyVM app and website. Trying to minimise the issue in your tweet is just insulting to account holders like myself.
@virginmedia@Deo1404@DannyMonez Your MyVM app is also down at the moment so no way for account holders to check service status. Please reference this additional problem in your tweets. This is a bigger issue than you are making out.
@virginmedia @The_SneakyButch @Ant78uk No TV service on my 360 box tonight. And MyVM app refuses to recognise my account so no way to check service status in London W14 area. Not happy about this!
@virginmedia@virginmedia the broadband service is restored. What happened last night? Your app wasn’t working so was not possible to ascertain any status updates.
@virginmedia why are there no broadband services tonight in the London W14 area? And why is your My Virgin Media app not working either? We can’t even check your status updates. Oh and this has kyboshed my 360 on demand services also tonight. Not happy!
@virginmedia we have had intermittent broadband service from you in the London W14 area since 9th December due to ongoing fault. And now complete outage today! With yr ET fix not till 10 pm tonight. What is going on?! Some of us have work to do.
@virginmedia Thanks for the prompt response. Why is it necessary to out the broadband service completely in my area to fix what is described as an intermittent fault?
As a result of a fault in the W14 9DN area, my Virgin Media broadband service has been down since 13.00 hours yesterday (25 September). Am now told it will be out for a further FIVE days until 11.00 hrs on 1st October. No explanation. What is going on @virginmedia?
Tears in my eyes as I listen to the last broadcast by @BBCArabic, closing down after 85 years. It meant so much to so many people here over the decades. Now the airwaves are dead. End of an era.
