@footlocker I just had the worst experience. Calling into customer care to simply get a gift card I purchased reissued. It’s utterly ridiculous it takes 3wks for a GC that took me 3hrs to purchase. #Disgraceful#frustrated#badexperience
@TMobile Out of all my 11years with this carrier I have the WORST experience ever! Ordered an upgrade on my phone for @UPS employee to steal my package.have @TMobile to not find a way to accommodate me. So disappointed wanted to stay but these past 3 days have been so stressing
