It's been an amazing 3 day @TropAg2022. Vinaka @PASS_CR and @ACIARAustralia for the opportunity. My supervisors @LeslieUbaub@mereiaf and Pof Michael Furlong tankyu tumas for your support.
Had the opportunity to show Dr @LindaHWess, Ms Lisa and Ms Mere my research trials on broadmites of capsicum at the Koronivia Research Station today.
@PASS_CR
It was a nerve-racking but awesome experience travelling the steep road to Nadarivatu for broadmites and thrips sampling on smallholder vegetable farms. Glad to share this experience with @AradhanaDeesh fellow @PASS_CR scholar, our supervisor @mereiaf,Ash and Save.
PASS-CR PhD scholars carry out fieldwork with supervisor Dr. Mereia Fong in Western Viti Levu Fiji to make assessment on insect pest on crop of interest (Leikitah - broadmites on capsicum and Aradhana - thrips on eggplant).
"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." Nelson Madela.
Thrilled to be sharing my research journey with these brilliant changemakers.
