@Wejolyn I don't know as they don't like to do it in the UK unless there is a particular problem and when I last had bloods they didnt do it. My daughters was about 70 when she had hers done a while back which seems pretty good for the cloudy UK!

@lizisamused@BrendaJ69492764 I think it's the lack of external validation. Whilst people used to have more visitors and took pride in having a clean home or well turned out kids, there was no reward or personal progression and that is one thing that work can give you.
@KristinaCo9561 Good for you and good for your daughter. My youngest loves a keto breakfast. The others not so much but we eat pretty clean and emphasis protein.
@Judeemma Sorry your experience was so bad. Mine was OK. I had a group of good friends and did sports. Th teachers were quite relaxed compared to the zero tolerance and excessively pedantic uniform nowadays.
@Pinkles6 I've never understood how much protein is in food, as it comes along with fat and carbs as well..probably for the best really as it would start me off on a whole new overthinking avenue
