Svi vi koji znate
gdje su posmrtni
ostaci ovih napaćenih
i na kraju ubijenih
ljudi, recite, napišite
anonimno…
Pogledajte se u
ogledalo i obećaje
sebi da ćete učiniti
nešto za one kojih
odavno nema, samo
zato što su imali
drugačija imena…
Group photo of #Srebrenica imams - 1933.
Among them is Alija Klancevic, who organized the rescue of Serb civilians from Nazi collaborator Ustasha killings in 1942.
Serbs repaid the debt with genocide.
Our Rudolf, one of two known Bosnian Croat victim of the Srebrenica genocide. His parents moved to Srebrenica in 1960, and he grew up among mostly Bosniaks. In July 1995, he was killed alongside them. His body was exhumed from a mass grave near Srebrenica and identified in 2009.
This is a mother and her son, bound and casting their final glance at each other, from the Srebrenica massacre—Serbs killed 8,000 in a single day and raped 60,000 women Today marks its anniversary.
These were 'Christian' Serbs killing 'Muslim' Bosnians.
Evil is real, it exists and it has no affiliation.
People still deny the Bosnia genocide- just as people today deny the Gaza and Lebanon genocide.
“The people who are trying to make this world worse aren’t taking a day off. How can I?”
— Bob Marley
The genocide in Srebrenica required an enormous level of organization - to be clear whole Serbian nation was backing it - there was some individuals who didn't, but they are a small number.
Just imagine how many people had to be involved simply to supply fuel, transport excavators and bulldozers, and conceal the mass graves for years.
And no one was ready to tell where they are!
In an effort to hide the crime and the remains of the victims, many of those graves were exhumed and reburied multiple times—sometimes as many as four.
As a result, there are cases where the remains of a single victim have been recovered from two, three, or even four different locations, sometimes miles apart.
30 years ago, over 8,000 Bosnian Muslim men and boys were massacred. At least 30,000 Muslim women were rapēd.
Remember Srebenica Genocide - Lest we forget the massacre of Srebrenica on the 11th July 1995 under the surveillance of UN. 1/n
July 11, 1995
Today, we remember the 8,372 Bosniak men and boys murdered in the genocide at Srebrenica.
They were not statistics.
They had names. Families. Dreams. Futures that were stolen.
More than three decades later, mothers are still burying sons whose remains continue to be identified from mass graves. Some families have waited decades simply to lay a few recovered bones to rest.
Memory is not vengeance.
Memory is justice.
Memory is the promise that those who were murdered will never be erased, and that those who survived will never stand alone.
We remember because forgetting is the final victory of genocide.
We remember because denial is its final chapter.
Today, Bosnia stands still.
We say their names.
We carry their memory.
Never forgotten. Never denied.

Ramo Osmanovic was forced by Serb soldiers to call his son, Nermin, into surrender. Both father and son were executed. Their bodies were dumped into shallow mass graves along with thousands of others. #Srebrenica
Serbs in Bosnia desecrated the graves of Srebrenica genocide victims.
They planted crosses on Muslim graves and set them in concrete to make them irremovable.
This desecration was organised by Priest Luka Babić who is backed by Serbia's Orthodox Church.
Never forgive.
Never forget.
They knew what they were doing.
Bosnia, April 1996.
In a classroom of 26 students, 20 are refugees from Srebrenica. The teacher asks, "Who has lost their father?" 18 hands go up.
In the republic of #Genocide and rape, I mean Republic of srpska, you can celebrate Hitler, deny genocide, glorify war criminals but you can’t have the flag of Republic of Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Btw, for that matter, you can freely wave & decorate your car with Nazi swastika flag
