Wow, it is great to see these changes come into place. I hope that this will continue to where all demographics are represented and they no longer become “firsts” #MC576#Midterms2022
Vermont was the only state in the country that had never elected a woman to Congress. Becca Balint, a Democrat, has now changed that.

This article is talking about Biden’s campaign in his target highly-republican areas. In this case it was in the red state of Florida, days before Hurricane Ian hit the state. Some think that Biden was putting his possible reelection above the safety of Florida residents.

@jessicamshriver This is a great article. I think its fair for people to lose trust in the media, once you starting looking at many different sources you will see how the same story can be changed so many ways.
#mc576 this article headlines “Biden declaring pandemic is over” In the many articles written about Bidens speech have all had a title including a form of “Biden declares end of pandemic”. If you read each article they quote different parts of the speech.

@RJJOHNS37487727 RJ, I thought this was a great article to add. I think it was interesting to see how different people rate news outlets on a political scale.
The attached article is is from Pew Research. This article discusses “mainstream media” and how most, if not all mainstream outlets have serious biases and how the public notices these biases. I found this to be a fairly unbiased article.
