Delighted that improvement plans for West Pilton Park have been approved by the City of Edinburgh Council. The park will benefit from a £4m investment for improvements to access, play, wildlife, planting, and recreation.

2024 has been a year of patience and anticipation as the Thriving Greenspaces team continues developing designs for the Leith Links Activity Hub in collaboration with AtkinsRéalis and Betongpark. 1/10

In the absence of any skate or BMX facilities in Leith, we’re very lucky to have a fantastic open-access, community-run pump track nearby in Holyrood Park. 1/3
Dalry Community Play Park is now open!
This exciting new addition is part of the Roseburn to Union Canal Link project. Under construction for the past two years, the project introduces a significant extension to the city’s off-road pedestrian and cycle network. 1/3
The play park was designed in collaboration with Dalry Primary School and offers a variety of activities for all ages.
Key features include:
🏀 A MUGA (Multi-Use Games Area) court
🧗♀️ A bouldering wall
💪 An outdoor gym
🛝 Play equipment designed for a mix of age groups

Cat's Friday skate club is a community group who run free, friendly, weekly skate sessions for all ages, genders, abilities and background at @thepittmarket in Granton.
They're currently fundraising to continue running their regular indoor sessions over the Winter. 1/5
