The Bill Harrison Award is given to the Most Valuable Player and named in honor of the successful CU coach of the 1940’s and 50’s. This award has a storied legacy including 15 Knights that went on the play in the NHL.

The Clarkson Ironman Award is presented to the team member who demonstrated the will and determination to overcome injury and adversity and contribute to the team.
The Rookie of the Year Award is presented annually to a player who made significant contributions to the team’s success in their first year of collegiate play. The 2026 ROY is Owen Van Steensel
Next is a double award winner, Tristan Sarsland, who was named the Paul J. Pilon ‘38 Award Winner and Defensive Player of the Year.
Tristan was a leader on the team both in the classroom and at the point!
The Richmond Unsung Hero Award is inn honor of loyal Clarkson followers Ernie & Connie Richmond, the award is presented to a Knight who has shown improvement in his playing ability and displayed team leadership.
This season the Richmond Award Winner is Goaltender, Shane Soderwall
The Mike Morrison ‘89 Award is presented annually to a hockey player who displays great teamwork, hustle, and dedication. The award honors the memory of the former Golden Knight who died in a work accident on July 27th, 1989.
Clarkson University forward Erik Bargholtz is joining AHL-San Jose on an amateur tryout (ATO).
The 24-year-old had 8G-12A in 38GP this season, his fourth year at Clarkson.
