Solved it! The targetRegex in Mix.listen callback no longer matches since "webp" has been added to the rule. Changing targetRegex to "/(\.(png|jpe?g|gif|webp)$|^((?!font).)*\.svg$)/" will fix it. Thanks again for the original solution!

Hey @calebporzio! Found your solution for inline SVG in Vue templates last year (https://t.co/t5Ps8lrUMB) and it worked superb until i upgraded Mix to version 4. Have you experienced the same? I can’t seem to solve it 🙈
