Absolutely brutal heat in the Pacific Northwest this afternoon. Seattle has set an all time record high, so far, of 106. Portland did the same at 114. Keep in mind only 44% of homes in Seattle have A/C.
Scattered showers and storms continue pushing northwest this evening bringing heavy downpours. Most of us will remain hot and humid but keep an eye on radar if you're headed out this evening!
