Methinks: Jowie could have walked into a murder scene or set himself up to be caught.

Is there evidence indicating that Jowie threatened Monica Kimani at any particular time?

Are there friends of Monica who said he was a violent man or at one point he sent her threatening text messages or saw them publicly arguing or fighting?

Did any neighbor/ witness say they heard screams/loud sounds/bang coming from Monicah’s apartment?

What did the neighbor say about Monicah’s past guests and movements?

Was anything lost from the house? … how violent and disturbed was the crime scene? ( broken glasses/ bruises on Jowie?).

Did Monicah report any threats on her life to the police in Kenya or in Sudan?

The blood, 🩸 “small drop of” blood on Jowie’s shorts?.. if the clothes he was wearing were burnt to conceal the evidence of the murder why did he forget to dispose off the short as well?

And what happened to the shirt/ t-shirt he was wearing? He burnt it and, opted not to burn his shorts and waited to be arrested with the blood stain on his shorts?

Why would Jowie kill Monicah?…

Was this a crime of passion or a staged murder?

Or was the prosecution served a prepared crime scene with complete with dining set?
