@maxhelp I previously had an issue where several episodes of Big Bang Theory had no sound. Now it appears the entire series has no sound. Issue is on Vizio smartcast E55u-D2 am downloaded to TV. Volume is just fine on my phone and other devices. Everything is updated.

@maxhelp any idea why some certain episodes of shows have no audio? Just finished big bang theory and when restarting the series made it have 0 sound on S1 ep1 . Other shows have sound. Other episodes of the same show do. Its happened before with other episodes of various series.

March 1st: my husband had emergency brain surgery.
April 6th: my husband was admitted to the hospital with a life-threatening blood infection.
April 30th: my grandmother passed away.
June 9th: my husband had a stroke.
