@charlie_stxr@Seroninjo@Sarah_Berry0425@JoelWBerry It had a heartbeat when she was septic and they sent her home. It was not dead and rotting. If the heartbeat had stopped then they would legally be allowed to remove the dead fetus. Doctors in Texas are well aware that removing a dead fetus is not legally an abortion.
@TBYSTweet I had a positive pregnancy test after 8 days. There are plenty of women who post their positive tests on Reddit that are 10 days post ovulation.
@we76001@Mike1782677@NewsHour@realDonaldTrump Treatment for ectopic pregnancies are completely legal in both Texas and Florida. Ectopic pregnancy treatment is excluded from the definition of abortion in Texas law. Youโre spreading misinformation that can harm women.
@sailoryue@TarynA83@JoyceCarolOates Itโs in the article. The doctor said the routine at the hospital was mediation.
If the doctor feared the law then why did they give her medication that would be illegal under the law? This article is just propaganda.
@DanteNotAlmeida@thejolson@KayLynGians She was facing abuse of corpse charges for attempting to flush her stillborn baby. It had nothing to do with miscarriage.
