1550 check in staff was very helpful and found someone to start the check in process
1650 started queueing at security line, spent 2 hrs here, they are super understaffed
1850 without any spare time, ran to the gate n got on board

Got to airport 1430, staff showed us we can queue up, check in counter is open showing the airline logo but end up not taking anyone cos too early, so everyone queue an hour for nothing and was told counter will only start taking us at 1650, everyone was so frustrated
