Fan service is an important concern. It isn't the only reason though. I do think of poses, the possible story to come from it. Bunny has better outcomes for all of it in my mind. We're just guessing of course but it's all we can do. The maid one is nice but it feels wasted on a char that looks as good as Cinderella to not do Bunny. Will just have to hope for a Bunny Cinderella further down the line...
