@manndras@tapairportugal I spoke to customer service in Lisbon, London and Philippines. The only information they provided was the same information that I could see myself on the World Trader website,
When I went to the airport, both Lisbon and Porto, they saw where the luggage was. The problem was...
@tapairportugal Next family adventure: Arrive at your destination only to discover that your #luggage has been lost.
Then you will be ignored and not be told if your luggage was loaded onto the plane.
@tapairportugal flight! π΅πΉ
August 11th, direct flight from Gatwick to Lisbon
#lostluggage
@letopires@tapairportugal@tapairportugal look here.. another unhappy customer.
@letopires someone else on Twitter said that as soon as 21 days go by after they lose your luggage @tapairportugal don't reply anymore.
My #luggage has been lost since August 11th, direct flight from Gatwick to Lisbon.
@MintyRod That's the problem you see, YOU didn't lose it. THEY did! Has @KLM told you if your luggage was loaded onto the plane?
I keep asking @tapairportugal but they refuse to answer. Since AUG 11 and that was a direct flight. Gatwick to Lisbon!
2022 and still losing customers luggage!
@Zebraskindiva45 If airlines are charged for the loss of customers' luggage, they will be more careful. -- The problem would then be that they would probably charge the client more for tickets!
@nyknull88 Airlines often want receipts for everything included in the claim, and they wonβt usually pay:
- for anything valuable in checked-in luggage.
- more than around Β£1,000 total compensation - and itβs usually a lot less!
@nyknull88 https://t.co/GdEjE93h6k - "...the airline must pay compensation for both the bag and its content, assuming that you can provide proof that your luggage contained these items and that you can prove their value."
Invaluable sentimental items in my luggage. And others, no receipt.
@staralliance I want to tag you holding my favourite luggage so that you can share it with the world.
But I can't.
@tapairportugal lost my luggage on AUG 11 on a DIRECT FLIGHT FROM GATWICK TO LISBON. And they won't tell me if they loaded the luggage onto the plane or not!
