I thought maybe she was coming with an interesting take but no. It's just circular reasoning: everyone with brand deals are brand worthy because they have the brand deal! Lol

@masnjny @Flutado No, that's not how reasoning works. That's correlation not causation. For starters, FB, LM, Milk, Faye, LO -- they all look totally different. What they have in common is a wider reach and more connections from what I can tell.

@masnjny @Flutado I would argue it has very little to do with their "look" which tbh is way more high fashion than FreenBecky in objective terms. And much more to do with their company's priorities and connections. Change prioritizes filming series, not building fashion stars. For better or worse.

@masnjny @Flutado They're walking for Charlotte Folk @ Manila Fashion Week, Sonya was part of Ferragamo's launch campaign for the HugBag, they've had deals with local brands like Misline & they obviously also have their own lines Rabitto & Adore. So they definitely do have some, just not PFW level

@Flutado This is such a beautiful & healthy mindset! I also hope she knows that the Besties asking about international brand deals etc. aren't trying to imply LMSY aren't good enough. The opposite actually! We think they deserve it the most 🩵. She's right though, their time will come!
