@JaneBazile I don’t even know why summer was on the show in the first place, she’s just loud, attention seeking, can’t fight, annoying.. the list goes on.

A room I’ve already paid for? Explain.
I asked him again, why have I been charged the price of the Quadruple Double Suite if I apparently didn’t select this at checkout. I also told Zanempilo I am aware he keeps avoiding the question and not to avoid it this time.
@loveholidays I assumed it would be an easy fix, you can obviously tell I’ve paid the extra £120 for a better room, it reflects in the price. I contacted CS and was communicating with ‘Zanempilo’ who lied throughout the conversation and was no help at all, he closed the chat mid conversation.

From this information alone, you can see I’ve paid the amount for the Quadruple Double room (incl. admin fee) hence why the price is slightly higher. When checking my confirmation email, I noticed that I did not have the correct room on my booking, shocking.
