Naoki Hamaguchi says he's confident in the ending of Final Fantasy VII Revelation. They had an idea of what they wanted to do early in development.

“Obviously, I can’t share actual details on how this story is going to end, but in terms of how we envisioned the conclusion, we did have some sort of an idea of what we wanted to do at the end. So we did have a kind of direction from the early days of development...

The same goes for the producer, Yoshinori Kitase. He had his visions as well, and some of that is applied in the conclusion that we’re telling in FF7 Revelation....

To be completely honest, I think we’re pretty confident and happy with how it’s turned out. We’re very much excited to see how fans will react to the ending of the story.”

本日、上海・百联ZX創趣場でのファンミーティング初日が終了しました。中国のファンコミュニティの皆さんの熱量に直接触れることができ、とても刺激的で楽しい時間でした。
明日も開催しますので、引き続きお会いできるのを楽しみにしています。

The first day of our fan meeting at Bailian ZX Creative Centre in Shanghai has come to an end. It was a truly fun and inspiring experience to feel the passion of the Chinese fan community firsthand.
We’ll be back again tomorrow, and I’m looking forward to seeing more of you there.
