Big jobs report Friday 📊📈

Payrolls jumped 172,000, well above forecasts, and that pushed the 10-year Treasury into the mid-4.5% range, which hit mortgage bonds hard.

Markets are overall unchanged given the latest headlines.

Rates are slightly lower with VA and FHA rates back to about mid upper 5%s

Conventional Rates are in the low 6% potentially breaking back into the high 5%

Our Jumbo rates sitting in the low 6%s
