⚽️ Looking for World Cup tickets? Watch out for scams.
Scammers are using fake websites, hacked accounts, and “too good to be true” deals to target fans.
Before you buy:
✅ Use official ticket sources
✅ Verify sellers
❌ Don’t pay with gift cards, wire transfers, or crypto
If a deal seems too good to be true, or the seller is pressuring you to buy, it's probably a scam.

Last week, five of our newest officers officially graduated from the police academy, and we couldn’t be more proud of what they’ve accomplished so far.
We’re excited to have them join our team as they begin the next phase of their journey. While academy graduation is a major achievement, they still have several more months of field training ahead before they are ready for solo patrol duties.
They are eager to learn, grow, and serve this community with pride. Please join us in congratulating them as they begin their careers in law enforcement!

The Kansas City area, including Lenexa, is expected to experience dangerous winter weather this weekend, with bitterly cold temperatures and accumulating snow. These conditions can quickly lead to hazardous and potentially life-threatening travel conditions.
The safest place to be during a winter storm is off the roads. If at all possible, please delay travel and stay home until conditions improve. If you must travel, slow down, allow extra stopping distance, and remember that bridges and overpasses freeze first and pose the greatest crash risk.
Please continue to monitor local forecasts and take precautions to keep yourself and others safe.
