Last night I was so proud to take my Mum to Anfield. It’s was 70 years since she’d been, she last went when she was 17 and courting Dad. She returned last night at 87 looking as beautiful as ever ❤️ she loves the reds and especially @MoSalah

This month I am attempting the @CureParkinsonsT 100km Walking Challenge 🚶🏽‍♂️🚶🏼‍♂️🚶🏼‍♀️

I can't resist making a challenge even more difficult, so I am going to juggle a football and play #walkingfootball 2-3 times a week to try and complete the distance ⚽🚶🏻‍♂️

I've started by walking the ups and downs of my local BMX track ⚽🚶🏻‍♂️🚴🏼🚴🏻‍♂️
