The Fact: The Colorado Liberty Scorecard (compiled by Colorado Liberty Republicans) tracks every individual floor vote on individual rights, free markets, and limited government.

Here is Kirkmeyer’s record of decline:

• 2021–2022: Higher scores (up to 76%), back when she voted like a traditional conservative.

• 2024 Liberty Score: 54% — GRADE: F
• 2025 Liberty Score: 58% — GRADE: F

LIFETIME 53-% — GRADE: F

❌Why It’s NOT Conservative: An 'F' grade means you are actively enabling the expansion of the state. As Kirkmeyer climbed the ranks into leadership on the Joint Budget Committee, her commitment to core conservative principles plummeted. She routinely chooses backroom bipartisan deals and spending continuity over actual fiscal restraint. You can't claim to be a conservative champion when your actual voting record is a failing grade.

“The common-sense conservative you know and trust, ready to roll up my sleeves, work with people, set aside the political games, and deliver real results for Colorado families.”

But let’s be entirely clear: those “real results” look a whole lot more like the Democrat platform than anything resembling real Republican values.
When the cameras are off, she isn’t defending a conservative way of life, she is voting hand-in-hand with left-wing Democrats to expand state power, entrench welfare entitlements, and bankroll bloated government bureaucracies. She routinely chooses backroom bipartisan deals and spending continuity over actual fiscal restraint, which is why her official Liberty Score is a failing ‘F’.

She isn’t fighting for us; she is managing our surrender. Because she continues to sell out the conservative base to fund progressive priorities, her record demands real scrutiny.
